CCM doesn’t care who you vote for as long as you get informed in a balanced way and vote.  We believe there should be a compulsory voting law, much like compulsory jury service, which by the way takes much longer.  We don’t think the penalties for not going to vote should be harsh, especially on first offenses, but repeat offenders maybe should face small fines or the loss of their voting privilege.  It’s a shame that our voting numbers are so low that we feel that this is even necessary, but who can blame the people that don’t vote, after all day after day you hear how the entire political

On this Thanksgiving Day, 2011, we give special thanks to our Native American brothers and sisters, whose ancestors formed part of the original group of people who got together to break bread, brown and white (not the bread), in an attempt to live side by side peacefully from the inception of relations between the Indian and the Anglo. The brown group kept its word, trusted its counterpart and barely survived the genocide that followed and that was aimed at their extinction.

The suicide attacks carried out by Al-Qaeda that took place on September 11, 2001 were not prejudicial based on race or religion and thousands of Americans regardless of race and religion unsuspectingly lost their lives that day. Osama Bin Laden, the mastermind of the “9/11” attacks, was killed earlier this year in Pakistan in an operation by a team of Navy Seals which was authorized by President Obama.

The U.S. went to Afghanistan to attack Al Qaeda for attacking New York. The war started and for sure sent many terrorists running and dethroned the Taliban. Then W decided that Saddam had something to do with the invasion of New York, invaded Iraq, took down a statute of Saddam, then parachuted onto a Naval Carrier Ship and declared the now infamous “Mission Accomplished”. That statement haunted W like “read my lips, no new taxes” haunted his father.
 

Now that the most wanted criminal in the world is now deceased and has been given the proper Muslim burial, some people may be thinking: what's next?

Remember the 9/11 attacks, they were extremist martyrs who carried out these horrific actions, not because of their Muslim religion but because of Osama bin Laden's discontent with America, Americans and the misinterpretation of the Koran that he preached.

 
What a week this has been. Just as President Obama’s ratings were falling, gas prices rising and the disastrous tornados in the South which killed about 345 people, President Barack Obama’s timing could not be any better for the killing of the most internationally wanted, mass-murderer of our time, Osama Bin Laden, on May 2, 2011.
