THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING A WILL

It doesn’t matter the State you’re in, Texas, California or any, or the state you’re in, young, old, healthy or not, having a Last Will and Testament is very important.  A Will directs your loved ones to carry out certain wishes of yours after you’re gone, and if there is a dispute or if Letters Testamentary are necessary, than it also directs the Court on how to carry out your last wishes.  Letters Testamentary are what your Representative, whether it’s the Administrator you picked via your Will or the one assigned by the Court, will get that allows him/her to co

OBAMA’S POLICIES CREATE THE NEW AND BEST AMERICA IN HISTORY

When he took office, 750,000 jobs a month were being lost and in the past year over 2 million jobs have been created in the private sector.  200,000 of those just last month.  The trajectory of the jobless rate is down.  These are just the numbers and very hard to argue against, but you will try.  The loudest cries are coming from Banks and other financial firms that you, the taxpayer, lent money to when you bailed them out.  These are the same money men who used to rely on the Federal Government protecting them from lawsuits and claims that the interest they charge or hidden fees they stick you with, were illegal.

USURY, RELIGION AND DODD-FRANK

That old phrase that is never talked about anymore, usury, that was actually a Christian ban on making money solely off of money and for which there are biblical verses in the Christian, Jewish and Muslim books of faith:

Christian Old Testament:

[Exodus 22:25] If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.

New Testament:

DECODING THE GOP’S “GOVERNMENT IS TOO BIG” MANTRA

“Government is too big” is one of the cornerstone mantras of the GOP and must be undressed to discover what hidden meaning may be there.  Rick Santorum said on camera what most of the Candidates think, that he does not believe that “White Americans should be making Black Americans’ lives better” by supporting social programs such as welfare.  There are actually more White Americans on welfare than Black Americans.  We would argue that the GOP mantra and the candidates’ allowing those words to actually come out while they are on the political stump, is not by accident, but instead by design

WHO WILL THE TEA PARTY SUPPORT IN 2012?

It’s hard for us to know who the Tea Party will support in the upcoming Presidential election, but it appears they cannot stomach Mitt Romney, who himself does not openly endorse that movement either.  His support for them is tepid and ends with the ideal that the Federal Government should spend less and be shrunk.  The Tea Party support is easy to track, it went to Michelle Bachmann until Rick Perry jumped in, to Herman Cain when Perry imploded, to Newt Gingrich when Cain was publicly undressed and finally to Rick Santorum when Gingrich got “citizened” by Mitt Romney’s Super-Pac, but by th

POLITICAL DONATIONS AND LEGISLATIVE FAVORS

It was the Reverend Al Sharpton who said it best when he said that we should look at what the Politician does for the donor and not only the fact that he/she received campaign funds from a particular donor with an agenda.  What he was referring to was the fact that someone brought up that indicated that Wall Street Firms and Big Banks were donating heavily to Barack Obama’s campaign, insinuating that the President was perhaps not the “change” agent that regular citizens clamored for after the financial collapse of 2007.  Sharpton argued that while you could not argue with the fact that the

Chile Dude Movie Review - The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo

This movie was designed to market itself, not marketed to death to make you want to go to see what the fuss was all about, as many movies are.  It is smartly made and attention should be given to detail to get the full effect, yet it does not inundate you with detail in the form of script only, instead mixing the superbly done text with equally masterful action.  The two and a half hours the movie runs does not feel that long.  The movie is in the mold of the great whodunit  films, but very modern and hard-hitting, sparing no detail, no matter how violent or sexual.

CHICANO CHANNEL MAGAZINE (CCM) ON THE REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY

We have been accused of being completely Democratic, anti-Republican and even reminded that all Chicanos (Mexican-Americans) are not Democrats.  To the last point, we know that already and that is not our fault, just kidding.  We would remind people that currently there is only one race and that is between the Republican Presidential hopefuls wanting to be nominated to run against Barack Obama and the fireworks emanating from that is what we have been writing about for a while.  Honestly, the things we have seen coming out from their debates leaves us wondering how to write about them any o

THE IOWA RESULT

The Iowa vote is in and it’s Romney by eight votes, and even though the Republican Party Chairman of that State said that the vote could not be certified for up to two weeks, he still congratulated Mitt Romney.  You just get the feeling that before the Chairman went on television to report the results, he was advised to “seal the deal” for Romney as much as possible.  Santorum is the story of the day, his meteoric rise after Gingrich got “citizened”, shot him up to practically tie for first place so fast, that Romney’s PAC could not get their attack ads up in time to attempt to sink him.  R

PACs and Citizens United vs FEC

The name of the case is Citizens United vs. FEC and in this case the U.S. Supreme Court made new law under the umbrella of the First Amendment to the U.S.
